Our team

"Caroline Quinn is an insightful executive with over 20 years’ experience in both business and human resources with a focus on strategy development and delivery, large scale business transformation and complex change, talent management, executive coaching and generalist HR. Caroline has experience across both small and large organisations, with professional and front line workforces and across a range of sectors including telecommunications, technology, operations and consumer. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Melbourne and is a certified organisational coach.

"Robyn Garland is passionate about people and applying her significant organisational development skills to building great people and organisations. Her career has spanned 30 years, during which she has worked in large corporate environments in the telecommunications industry and more recently in OD contracting and consulting roles across Australia and Asia Pacific. As a senior HR Professional she has worked across all areas of human capital and has high-level technical skills in the areas of capability, leadership, learning, talent, performance, employee engagement and change. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) and a Post Graduate degree in Business Management. She is accredited in Lominger Architect©, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and DiSC profiling.
